With gorgeous mountains, bucolic beaches, amazing food and medieval villages—minus the crowds of France or Italy—this unsung Balkan nation merits a spot on your travel to-do list.

$2,900 for a double cabin. Singles can pay $1,450 to share a double cabin, or $2,250 solo.
Space is reserved in the order of deposits received ($500). Payment in full is due by 60 days prior to the trip.
